Katrina and JJ are the from Philippines where they first met and started dating. Unfortunately that means their families are unable to travel due to the pandemic for their wedding scheduled this September. While they were sad to reschedule their reception they are happy to still get married this September and to be able to have this engagement session with me. When Katrina said she was hoping to capture scenes near the city as well as near the water I knew exactly where to shoot – Boston’s Fort Point Area. I know this area well because this is where I worked for over 10 years before starting my photography business. A lot has changed in the area with all the big buildings being built but it still has the same Fort Point charm it always had. Maybe in my next blog post I’ll share some of my favorite pictures I took while working there. In the meantime, I’ll just enjoy reminiscing while I look at Katrina & JJ engagement photos.
